Theophile Nilingiyimana, ICT Manager at Ireme Education and Social Impact, is a seasoned professional in the field of Information Technology, holding a university bachelor’s degree from Université du Lac Tanganyika, obtained in 2014. His professional journey has seen him in roles such as the Laboratory Manager at ACS Rwanda, where he was responsible for securing data and equipment, generating reports, and supervising staff. Prior to this, he served as the Head Technician at GIMTC Laboratory and as a Laboratory Assistant at Mota Engil, focusing on equipment maintenance and strategic implementation. Theophile also owned NP Papeterie, where he ensured compliance with government regulations, managed tax filings, and engaged in various printing and design projects, including collaborations with the Ministry of Education and other organizations.
